Guarantee Policy

From NOGOSA SOLUCIONES CONSTRUCTIVAS® we would like to thank you for your confidence in the purchase of COLOTOOL® or EXULANS® products. Our team is fully committed to customer satisfaction, that is why all manual machines, electric and or hand tools have been tested and proven and comply with all our quality protocols. General Conditions of the Guarantee.

This warranty provides free repair coverage for any defects found in the product, either in the materials used and/or in the manufacture. At the discretion of the Technical Service, the product will be repaired or replaced. In both cases, the replaced parts or the replaced product will not be returned. It will be effective for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase indicated on the original purchase invoice, where the serial number of the product must appear. Registration can only be done from the following link: "GUARANTEE REGISTRATION" By registering your product within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will get an extension for an additional 6 months. Registration of the Guarantee Certificate is only possible if you accept the privacy terms and conditions.

Guarantee Exclusions.

- Failure to present the duly completed purchase invoice

  or failure to register the warranty within the stipulated period (30 days).

- Wear and tear caused by normal use of the product.

- Products considered as consumables and/or wear and tear.

- Improper use of the product or it has not been maintained in the correct way.

- Obvious presence of knocks, signs of negligent use or accident.

- Replacement of non-original parts or modifications to the product.

- Tampering or alteration by an unauthorised service technician.

- Non-compliance with the instructions for use.

Guarantee claims.

To make a claim within the warranty period, having previously validated the guarantee registration within the 30 calendar day period, you must complete the "TECHNICAL SERVICE COLLECTION FORM".

NOGOSA IBÉRICA S.L.U. reserves the right to reject any claim at the discretion of the Technical Service and in accordance with the reasons indicated in the "Guarantee Exclusions" section.

NOGOSA IBÉRICA S.L.U. reserves the right to revise and modify its guarantee policy, terms and criteria without prior notice.
